30 Year Fixed Conforming
Refinance at 6.125%
Rates have risen about 0.375% over
the last 4 weeks. If you have a loan
between $300,000 to $417,000, and
are located in a minority census
tract you may be eligible for a
special CRA program that is offering
a 30 year fixed at 6.125% with no
closing costs. You must be able to
document your income. Interest only
is not allowed. APR 6.125%. Amounts
less than $300,000 will have a
slightly higher rate. Give me a call
and I'll check your address to see
if you qualify. Almost all
of Union City qualifies, and many
parts of Fremont are eligible.

is close to selling out. They
have only 2 phases remaining. Clients
who initial visit the community
with me, will save an
additional 2-4% off the
negotiated price. On a $1M home
that translates into
$20,000-$40,000. That'll
